The way I understand pkg-config, the libraries listed do not have to
be direct prerequisites (i.e. the extra math library of old, -lm).
Lintian cannot test for all prerequisites without unpacking all build
requirements and, in effect, attempting a build.

I would like to remove this tag from Lintian.
