With a development version of Lintian that includes this commit:

the output looks like that:

$ frontend/lintian ../bugs/ownership/libcryptx-perl_0.067-1.dsc
P: libcryptx-perl source: rules-requires-root-missing

As Chris said, the fix required some non-trivial changes. Further
breakage is possible. Please keep reporting bugs.
