lintian 2.97.0 released

The Lintian maintainers are pleased to announce the release of Lintian
version 2.97.0.

violations. It contains automated checks for many aspects of Debian
policy as well as some checks for common errors.

      - papt-dmpt-merged -> python-teams-merged

    testsuite. (Closes: #923696)
  * Drop Colin Watson and Russ Allbery from Uploaders (last upload 10+
    years ago) with sincere thanks for their past efforts.
  * Run wrap-and-sort -sa.

  [ Louis-Philippe Véronnea ]
  * Rename "papt-dpmt-merged" to "python-teams-merged".
  * Document packages needed to run the testsuite.

    package-contains-documentation-outside-usr-share-doc tag.
