Package: lintian
Version: 2.39.0
Severity: wishlist

It would be great if lintian could warn about node-* packages that are not in
the javascript section of the archive. A lot of packages are currently in the
"web" section.

You're right, it already does. I was looking at an older copy of a
package with mismatching output from https://lintian.debian.org/,
which didn't have any relevant tags.

Thanks for name_section_mappings link, sorry for the noise. :-/
