Bug#931183: Incorrect complaints about duplicate words in patch descriptions

Package: lintian
Version: 2.15.0
Severity: normal

Looking through the lintian reports for the grub2 source package at

  https://lintian.debian.org/maintainer/pkg-grub-devel@alioth-lists.debian.net.html#grub2

I can see a couple of errors reported as
"spelling-error-in-patch-description" which are really not correct. In
each case, there's a word at the end of the Subject: line in an
upstream patch, and then the same word is used to start the next
sentence in the first paragraph of the longer text of the patch
description:

 * debian/patches/mkconfig_ubuntu_distributor.patch Ubuntu Ubuntu
   (duplicate word) Ubuntu
 * debian/patches/tests-disable-sercon-in-seabios.patch SeaBIOS
   SeaBIOS (duplicate word) SeaBIOS

This is clearly incorrect - word matching should not cross into new
paragraphs/sentences.
