Indeed and hardcoding RFC 2119 language (eg. must/should) can
simply get out of sync with Policy, if it was ever in sync to begin
with.

That's my only concern at this point. I mean, there's probably
countless debian-watch-may-check-gpg-signature overrides.

I wonder… Lintian could have a small list of aliases used only for
overrides?
