I produces false positives on packages with non-trivial rules files that
cannot use the catch-all wildcard '%:\n\tdh $@' (because it interferes with
other pattern rules).

e.g. nvidia-cuda-toolkit

.PHONY: binary binary-arch binary-indep build build-arch build-indep clean install
binary-arch build build-arch build-indep clean install:
        dh $@

binary binary-indep:
        # the documentation packages must be built on amd64 (otherwise some parts are missing)
        test "$(DEB_HOST_ARCH)" = "amd64"
        dh $@
