Are you able to cross-reference debug packages (#874017), or are you
not looking at them?

I committed a change that issues a tag for that scenario and closes the bug:

    https://salsa.debian.org/lintian/lintian/commit/3c27367db642522bee866ed9ba9f8f9cecec84e8

The fix does not examine any other fields that could reasonably be
affected by such pasting, such as 'Copyright'. Please re-open the bug
if any other fields should be addressed as well.

That check is in fields/description. An adaptation did not seem
practicable to me, but please feel free to take a look.

Kind regards,
Felix Lechner
