Some packages still have alioth.debian.org in their Homepage fields:

  $ grep-aptavail -F Homepage alioth -ns Homepage | shuf
  http://debtags.alioth.debian.org
  http://alioth.debian.org/projects/spell-norwegian/
  https://debian-live.alioth.debian.org/live-build/
  ...

Please give them a warning.
