this is not so correct.  Yeah, sure, stretch has python 3.5, but if I
remove that line I get a a Depends on 'python3:any (>= 3.3.2-2~)' which
is wrong, as I really want >= 3.5.

IMHO, lintian shouldn't complain about 3.5 just yet, unless dh_python3
starts emitting dependencies on >= 3.5 by itself for some reason.
