If you use neither pbuilder nor sbuild, how do you build packages? Is
there another significant build environment that does not support cross
building yet?

Also there is no special "crossbuild setup". It's really just a regular
build setup. cross building is a single command line flag for both
pbuilder and sbuild.

Unfortunately, the mirrors don't have the mips64el build of glibc yet.
