Bug#918306: wrong-section-according-to-package-name is wrong about hyphen-en-us

when checking the hyphen source package, lintian claims:

I: hyphen-en-us: wrong-section-according-to-package-name hyphen-en-us => localization

but all hyphen-* packages are Section: text, as hyphen-en-us is. (see
the source for libreoffice-dictionaries, which supplies most of the
other hyphenation packages).

Please adjust this check!
