Felix, not sure your MR/branch handles this one?

This looks like #913930. I have only seen it in sbuild, but not otherwise.

I assume it addresses this one in an ongoing/sustainable manner.

This tag should no longer be issued. My builder automatically supplies the correct dependency via:

desc: Dh-Compat-Level: 12
Default-Build-Depends: debhelper (>= {$dh_compat_level}~)

Because I run the test suite often, I am surprised I did not see it until now. The tag will be removed with this merge request:

I don't recall seeing one for these.

Like you, I have not seen this one. This test was not changed recently; neither was the associated check 'manpages.pm'.
