Hi,

Whilst we have:

  https://lintian.debian.org/tags/source-includes-file-in-files-excluded.html

… which triggers when a file specified in the Files-Excluded field in
debian/copyright exists in the source tree, we could also check for
seemingly-redundant entries such as:

  Files-Excluded: ./file-does-not-exist

This would catch typos and strange things such as #910330.

I am, of course, an idiot. Thank you for your attention to detail
and closing bug to match.
