Bug#909239: lintian: ancient-python-version-field is wrong

I found these warning very misleading, and IMO, they should be removed,
as lintian is right that we shouldn't set X(S)-Python-Version or
debian/pyversions or even X-Python3-Version unless we want to remove
support for some Python version.

Now, why exactly is your autopkgtests failing? This isn't clear at all
in your bug report. What package, what test, etc... Could you expand on
this please?
