Hi,
Both cdbs and javahelper are in the Build-Depends of lintian (marked
with <!nocheck>). Just to be sure, have you installed *all* the
build-depends of lintian (including those marked with "<!nocheck>")?
Note: Test-Depends is used for skipping tests instead of adding a
Build-Depends to lintian itself (e.g. to aid backporting). It should
not duplicate the lintian Build-Depends field.
