Bug#907620: lintian: Bogus 'unknown-runtime-tests-feature' tags

According to https://salsa.debian.org/ci-team/autopkgtest/blob/master/doc/README.package-tests.rst, 
there is one defined feature, namely:

  test-name
    Set an explicit test name for the log heading and the summary file for a Test-Command: 
    inline test. When not given, these are enumerated like command1

However lintian does not seem to know this, as it produces the following
output while checking upx-ucl 3.95-1:
