Bug#897213: lintian: Please remove dependency-on-python-version-marked-for-end-of-life until after Buster releases

> Just out of interest, do you have any concrete examples?

See https://bugs.debian.org/894560 which was clearly wrong because it
still had lots of rdepends for the py2 library.

For a recent example of where several py2 libraries were dropped with
apparently almost no complaints, see the python-xstatic* packages from
https://qa.debian.org/developer.php?email=openstack-devel%40lists.alioth.debian.org

Personally, I don't have a problem with unused Python2 libraries being
dropped now (the debian-devel conversations don't have full consensus
either way). The pygame example is relatively rare and easily fixed.

Thanks,
Jeremy Bicha
