Bug#888972: lintian: false-positive embedded-javascript-library usr/share/xul-ext/*/bootstrap.js please use libjs-twitter-bootstrap

mozilla extensions might be "bootstrappable".  if they are, they need
to have a "bootstrap.js file at the top level:

    https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Extensions/bootstrap.js

the alpha version of enigmail (a plugin to thunderbird, which i'm
looking at packaging) provides such a file and lintian warns about it.
This "bootstrap.js" file has *nothing* to do with
libjs-twitter-bootstrap.

Please adjust lintian so that bootstrappable extensions packaged for
debian don't have to override this report.
