Hi Lintian maintainers

Maintainers should be warned that debug symbol migration is complete and 
the following lines can be removed if found in debian/rules:

override_dh_strip:
	dh_strip --ddeb-migration=...

or
override_dh_strip:
 	dh_strip --dbgsym-migration=...
