Bug#897157: lintian: Allow /usr/share/doc/$pkg/examples to be a symlink

Hi,

The test case is making the following link:

/usr/share/doc/$(PKG)-common/examples /usr/share/doc/$(PKG)/examples

The test package would never have triggered this lintian package before the
symlink was added because there's already a directory /u/s/d/*/examples/.

However, the request is to be able to have a link outside /usr/share/doc:

>   lrwxrwxrwx root/root         0 2018-04-29 17:06
> ./usr/share/doc/octave-zeromq/examples ->
> ../../octave/packages/zeromq-1.3.0/examples

The difference between these two situations is cause of the confusion here.

I don't think it's unreasonable to have symlinks outside /u/s/doc (and was
trying to do so today to help users find the examples that pymol-data is
shipping inside /usr/share/pymol/examples).

cheers
Stuart
