Bug#890667: lintian: Missing link between cwl-runner interpreter and package cwltool or virtual package cwl-runner

Thank you Chris for your response.

I only recently added the `cwl-runner` virtual package to cwltool as we are about to introduce another CWL runner, toil, to the archive soon.

Here's a Lintian error from the latest seqan-apps package:

E: seqan-apps: missing-dep-for-interpreter cwl-runner => cwltool (usr/share/commonwl/alf.cwl) #!cwl-runner

Hi Michael,

Doesn't Lintian already know about them? :)  This should have been introduced
via https://bugs.debian.org/851126.

Best wishes,
