As Russ suggests, adding yourself to Uploaders appears to be
cleanest option available at the moment.
Indeed, any solution that doesn't make the matching more fuzzy in
some way (eg. matching the name part only as you outline) must
necessarily capture the alternative address in the source package
*somewhere*.
In other words, it cannot be part of the local user's Lintian
configuration files or environment as that would mean it would warn
on lintian.d.o and other continuous integration platforms.

appears, and somewhat more obvious than adding some kind of
"debian/source/other-uploaders" or somesuch.
However I wonder if there is a case for debian/source/lintian-options
that would enable name-matching per-package.. *g*
