Package: lintian

Policy v4.0.1 reflected better the TC decision about menu, as seen in
§9.6:
https://browse.dgit.debian.org/debian-policy.git/commit/?id=5f23a226eef1b71592a18413c53f8eb6c374974b

Please update lintian's command-in-menu-file-and-desktop-file to point
to it.

I added this to the wrong changelog entry. It was thus fixed in 2.5.53. I've
fixed the changelog entry in:

  https://anonscm.debian.org/git/lintian/lintian.git/commit/?id=fb66e9ee7b50bef721e3bb4e4b97d5d86728ff4f
