Bug#861599: lintian: spaces in debian/watch cause debian-watch-may-check-gpg-signature false positive

Dear Maintainer,

spaces in debian/watch cause lintian to complain about
debian-watch-may-check-gpg-signature, while uscan (check: uscan -vv)
accepts them.

>From man uscan:

Version 4
The syntax of the watch file is relaxed to allow more spaces for
readability.

Multiple options option1, option2, option3, ... can be set as
opts="option1, option2, option3,  ...  " .  The double quotes are
necessary if
options contain any spaces.
