Bug#839228: lintian: Lintian does not recognise golang binaries if using golang-any instead of golang-go

Hi,
Since in the pkg-go team we started using golang-any to depend on golang-go or
gccgo depending on the architecture, lintian started to give errors about
static binaries, which need to be overriden in each package.
This simple change would fix the issue:
