Agreed.

Canonical/Ubuntu was upstream for upstart and since Ubuntu switched to
systemd by default, it is unlikely that they would revive upstart, but
it could happen if systemd became problematic I guess. That said
upstart is still in Ubuntu and still seems to get commits though.
