[lintian] 01/02: spelling: Add "withe"

This is an automated email from the git hooks/post-receive script.

jwilk pushed a commit to branch master
in repository lintian.

commit ee6ba92e6aa6ea5db9999978e46af21612a16bb9
Author: Jakub Wilk <jwilk@debian.org>
Date: Fri Oct 14 11:43:09 2016 +0200

    spelling: Add "withe"

"withe" is an actual English word ("band or rope made of twisted twigs
or stems") but in technical texts, it's almost certainly a misspelling
    of "with".
