Bug#809651: "License: <lic1> or <lic2>" not supported anymore

Package: lintian
Version: 2.5.39

I very commonly use multiple license for my debian/* files, e.g.

Files: debian/*
Copyright: <me>
License: <license-1> or <license-2> or ... or <license-n>

The licenses used are _all_ licenses occurring in the upstream code, so that whatever patch I or any other Debian maintainer come(s) up with is licensed in a way that it easily can be adopted by upstream.

Since a couple of months ago now, lintian fails on those license blocks due to the multiple licenses being used (my personal and naive interpretation...).

E.g.:

[mike@minobo eom.pkg]$ lintian eom_1.12.1-1_amd64.changes (not yet uploaded!!!)
W: eom source: dep5-copyright-license-name-not-unique (paragraph at line 195)
N:
N: This paragraph defines an already defined license.
N:
N: According to the specification, short license names are required to be
N: unique within a single copyright file.

N: Refer to

W: eom source: dep5-copyright-license-name-not-unique (paragraph at line 348)
W: eom source: missing-license-paragraph-in-dep5-copyright gpl-2+ (paragraph at line 343)
N:
N: The files paragraph in the machine readable copyright file references a
N: license, for which no standalone license paragraph exists.

This also happens with eom_1.10.3-2_amd64.changes as currently in the archives.

If more examples I needed, I may add them (need to look where the above issue happened).

Please note: until the release of Debian jessie, the above issue did not exist in lintian. The warnings started occurring some time after the jessie release. Unfortunately, I did not report the issue immediately by then. (SORRY!)
