pkg-vim.alioth.debian.org domain doesn't exist.

Dear vim maintainers, would it possible to make Debian Packaging Policy 
for Vim available online again? (Perhaps 
https://www.debian.org/doc/devel-manuals would be a safer place to host 
it than Alioth.)
