Bug#785353: lintian: RfC: retiring hyphen-used-as-minus-sign

* Niels Thykier <niels@thykier.net>, 2015-05-15, 08:29:
* It seems to me that Debian is the one distribution that considers this a problem. Everyone else seems to ignore it - to my knowledge, including upstream.

Yeah, these days even upstream groff renders both - and \- as HYPHEN-MINUS.

Given no (strong) objections /and/ a reasonable plan for improving the situation, I intend to retire this tag in lintian/2.5.32.

No objection from me.
