Bug#526713: [checks/fields] allow Vcs-* fields to be multiline

Hi,

Just to note that this currently causes the Vcs-* fields mapped in UDD
(vcs_url and vcs_browser in the sources table at least) to have
whitespace and newline characters in them when a multiline field is used.

If fixing dpkg-source will mean the correct information is available to
the UDD import scripts, that's fine. If not, a bug will need to be filed
against UDD to have this fixed at the point of import.
