Hi Gunnar,

Thanks for the proposed patch and sorry for the late reply.

Unfortunately it does not seem to work at first glance.  Mind you, I
only did a very quick test and I might have gotten the test wrong.

Please consider providing a test case for it.  On a related note, I
think it would make more sense to move the check to
checks/source-copyright.pm, since it got all the other DEP-5 related
checks (and also because it is a source-package check rather than a
binary-package check).
