Package: lintian
Version: 2.4.3
Severity: wishlist
First of all I have to say that this would be more implementable once the standardized copyright
format has stabilized and non-use is deprecated. As such it should be taken as a vote of support for
#478930 .
I recently found that I had issued something into the main area with parts under the W3C-Document license.
That license does not permit modification. The ability to match verify the listed licenses against the
stated DFSG status seems like a killer app within the Debian packaging world to me.
