Hi,
I've using cryptographic signature check for debian/watch but lintian
put error for it.

That's not correct, uscan(1) recommends to add "signing-key.pgp" to
"debian/upstream" directory and so I did (also ascii key data is okay
as signing-key.asc).
So, lintian also check those files before warn to users, IMO.
