Bug#738442: lintian: Possibility to provide stats on .deb member compressors

Hi!

I'm not sure what's your policy on producing informative tags just for
statistics tracking purposes. If you'd be fine with those I'd like to
request a tag per different compressor of .deb members. That would
allow to track those for things like:

  <https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel/2014/01/msg00542.html>

OTOH, I'm not sure if there's a distinctive tag classification that
might not prompt maintainers to override some of these tags for no
apparent reason other than being lintian-clean.
