Bug#769845: lintian: False negatives on command-with-path-in-maintainer-script

Hi!

It seems the command-with-path-in-maintainer-script check is failing
to detect several such instances in maintainer scripts. I removed some
compat symlinks in dpkg some time ago, after the lintian site stopped
reporting any hit. But it seems there's still several missing, as
found by codesearch.debian.net.
