Sorry, I don't follow (mind you, my comment above was a bit
dubious; I meant 'lintian check' not 'lintian package'). To expand a
bit more on this idea in case it answers your question, I was thinking
of a file named something like debian/source-map with a format like:

share/static/RichText/ckeditor.js third-party-source/devel/third-party/ckeditor
share/static/js/jquery-1.9.1.min.js third-party-source/devel/third-party/jquery-1.9.1.js
