That's understandable.

No, lintian is not right because it is pointing to the wrong file.
Now if you want to discuss whether the license of the code that the HTML page 
is referring to is right or not, it's another issue. But as you wrote before, 
that needs more than what lintian can currently offer.

Eparse. But considering it's marked as wontfix, there is no need to discuss 
this further.
