Bug#744985: lintian: Privacy breach should not complain about links to example.org

Nevertheless, example.org is a real domain that resolves and responds
to requests so any use of it (or other domains) is a privacy violation.

The issue appears to be that lintian doesn't know that link tags in Atom
aren't automatically loaded by Atom readers (AFAIK) or browsers.

Also, why are the test files installed in the binary package?
Shouldn't they only be used at build time?
