Right, I believe lintian would be the proper place to check this kind of
files.
$ apt-file search -x '\.xap$'
Only point at four suspect packages – maybe a test on source packages
would find more — and
$ apt-file search -x '\.swf$'
finds a bit more potential overlooks.
Maybe a test à la source-contains-prebuilt-windows-binary would be worth it?
