Possible Lintian override: maintainer-script-empty prerm

In order to handle an RC bug in xzgv, I need to add the following empty
prerm file:

#!/bin/sh
set -e

# dummy empty prerm script to ensure clean upgrades from wheezy
# (that still called install-info)
# See http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=726800

#DEBHELPER#

This is causing Lintian heartburn.   Any suggestions, other than
dropping in a Lintian override file?
