Bug#729593: possibly incorrect lintian check hyphen-used-as-minus-sign
Package: lintian
Version: current
http://lintian.debian.org/tags/hyphen-used-as-minus-sign.html check only
verifies dashes that are prefixed by space, although that does not seem
to be specified that way anywhere.
for example, in :
" --version" only first dash would be reported
" --with-net-snmp" only first dash would be reported
and so on.
is the lintian check really correct ? if so, the documentation should
explicitly say that. if not, it should be fixed :)
