Subject: [PATCH] Improve description of pkg-config-multi-arch-wrong-dir
Add some hint about this warning:
Another likely cause is using debhelper 9 or newer (thus multi-arch path
by default) on a non multi-arch package. The usual cure is in this case
to render your package multi-arch.
