For the record, Config::Model has evolved since then. The command used to
check dpkg-copyright is now:
cme check dpkg-copyright
cme command is provided by libconfig-model-perl. dpkg-copyright parser and
model are provided by libconfig-model-dpkg-perl. The latter is a Config::Model
plugin.
