On lintian.d.o, I noticed tcllib/1.15-dfsg-1 had the following:
* empty-manual-page usr/share/man/man3/install-stamp.gz
* manpage-has-bad-whatis-entry usr/share/man/man3/install-stamp.gz
The "manpage-has-bad-whatis-entry" seems a bit redundant/weird when we
know the manpage is empty.
