Alioth Lintian project maintenance

I've made Niels an admin of the Lintian project on Alioth so that he can
grant new roles.  I've also changed:

    Jeroen van Wolffelaar
    Josip Rodin
    Frank Lichtenheld
    Marc Brockschmidt

from admin to senior developer so that Alioth doesn't bother them with
requests to add new project members.  (This is purely to bring the admin
list in sync with the active project members; if any of the folks listed
above want to be admins, I'm happy to add it back.)

I also added Abhishek Kumar.

The current Alioth project admins are:

    Russ Allbery
    Adam Barratt
    Raphael Geissert
    Niels Thykier
    Colin Watson
