Bug#675139: lintian: Please add ngraph as a known interpreter instead of ngp2

Dear Maintainer,

Please add ngraph as a known interpreter and remove ngp2 from the list.

ngp2 has been added as a known interpreter on 2.5.8.
But it is not an interpreter.
ngp2 is just a script which uses ngraph.
