E: python3-pykde4: python-script-but-no-python-dep usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/PyQt4/uic/pykdeuic4.py

python-script-but-no-python-dep should not check for scripts in
usr/lib/python3.  Instead, a Python 3 version of the test should check for
Python 3 dependency in that directory.
