Hi,

  http://dep.debian.net/deps/dep5/

tells the user to use

  http://www.debian.org/doc/packaging-manuals/copyright-format/1.0/

but lintian claims not to know this URI.

Maybe this is invalid as the file 404s (and always has, afaik).
